Western Classical Music has a very disciplined structure, and the music when composed is usually written on something called Sheet Music. A piece of composition of Sheet A piece of music written onto a sheet would be rather confusing to a "layman". It seems to be arbitrary scribblings on a few lines - but on the contrary it is a well structured written language in itself that lets the composer communicate to the musician or the instrument player easily.

As you would have noticed, Splat and KalaaLog was inactive for more than a week now. The reason? I moved from India to US.
Last week, I moved to Denver, Colorado, as I got deputed here by my employer for a project. That meant, I had a lot to learn - both in terms of technology and business processes. And that meant, I was real busy.

Leaders do not command excellence, they build excellence.
Leadership is a process that takes place in groups in which one member influences and controls the other members toward some common goal. Leaders have clear visions and they communicate these visions to their employees. They foster an environment within their companies that encourages risk taking, recognition and rewards, and empowerment allowing other leaders to emerge.
Managers are people who do things right, while leaders are people who do the right things.

Splat is a splash of information, it is a medley of knowledge with the platter containing Blogging, Computers, Internet, Technology, Designing (2D and 3D art forms and basic webpage designing), Nature, Legal, World Building and Writing.
